After over a decade of industry experience, chefs Brent & Caitlin Esposito have decided to give the city of good neighbors what they deserve - hearty classics with a twist! A perfect example of brains - Caitlin’s start up experience and innate business sense - and brawn - Brent’s more than a decade of culinary experience in local establishments including Wegmans, The Place and Rowhouse, to name a few - these two are the real deal, bringing forth approachable menu compositions that highlight local ingredients and cutting edge culinary techniques.

Together they started Espo’s Catering known for its adaptability and growing following, and are now eager to dip their toes in the private chef game. To them, “eating is a necessity, cooking is an art” and since their day job checks the first box, you can see the art side of their equation while seated around your dining room table!

As Buffalo natives, they know what’s up when it comes to recreating childhood and regional favorites. when you book with the Esposito’s, rest assured you will walk away light hearted after a hearty, comfort-food-filled meal. Plus, they are just fun, approachable people (they are Buffalonians after all).
