What started as a way of creating new revenue streams for chefs during the pandemic has since blossomed into a sought-after culinary platform in the Buffalo market & beyond!

Hi, I’m Jodi Battaglia - it was my passion for food that led me to decade long tenure at a buffalo-based, global food and hospitality company, Delaware North. Much to my good fortune, my professional career served as a vehicle for which I could indulge my love of food. But it also fostered an even greater appreciation for the restaurant industry and the craftswomen and craftsmen behind it.

For several years, my role was to procure the top food and beverage partners to feature in non-traditional venues. this meant traveling the country, meeting chefs, and experiencing a culinary world beyond what I ever imagined. From mom-and-pop diners to Michelin-star restaurants, I learned so much about the industry and developed many valued friendships along the way.

In the wake of the pandemic, I knew it was the right time to use my skills and passion honed over many years to support a crippled industry. Thus, cur·ate was born. 

I am looking forward to creating a chef network that promotes local chefs and introduces new means of dining and engaging, while people’s minds are, now, more than ever, open to different. Also helping companies solve their hospitality needs through a different lens. This agency creates peace of mind and tailored solutions!
